At Midtown Psychology, we provide services to individuals across the lifespan. Our experience treating anxiety and emotion regulation difficulties allows us to understand and address the needs of clients of all ages within both neurotypical and neurodivergent populations. We have specialized experience supporting neurodivergent and twice-exceptional (2e) youth, those who are both gifted and experience learning, social, emotional, and executive functioning challenges. Our expertise allows us to recognize the unique ways anxiety and mood concerns may present in these populations and personalize treatment accordingly. In addition to individual therapy, we work closely with parents and schools to address behavioral concerns, support emotion regulation, and reduce anxiety in young children.
